The Mood:

As many suburban homes, the basement of this home was left undone as a blank canvas. The overall space was to serve as a multi-functional lounging, entertaining, workout and working area. Rustic barn and warm color tones balanced with grays were an essential element to the client aesthetic. Our work and challenge was to combine function and personalized spaces to celebrate each member of this family.

Essential adjectives to describe our client ... Energetic, highly motivated and loving! They are connected to a huge network of friends and family and each space in their home needs to accommodate entertainment, relaxation and fun in order to facilitate these connection. We identified key important characteristics of each family member to reflect into their environment. The result in the words of our client, ‘extraordinary!’
